1 · The service

Cosmic Scroll sells a single product: the Cosmic Blueprint, a one-time personalized PDF reading priced at $47 USD. The reading is generated from the birth data and answers you provide and delivered to the email address you supply at checkout.

By placing an order, paying through our checkout, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2 · Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cosmic Scroll. By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If we learn that an order was placed by a minor we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

3 · AI content disclaimer

Your Cosmic Blueprint is generated by artificial intelligence, working from your birth chart, numerology, and answers. The reading is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not, and should not be treated as, professional advice of any kind.

Specifically, the Cosmic Blueprint:

• is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you are dealing with a health condition, mental-health crisis, or anything that needs clinical care, please contact a qualified professional.
• is not financial, investment, or tax advice. Do not make money decisions based on the reading without consulting a licensed advisor.
• is not legal advice. Nothing in the reading should be relied on as a legal opinion.
• does not predict the future with certainty. Astrology and numerology are interpretive frameworks, not deterministic systems.

Any decision you make in response to your blueprint is your own. We make no warranty that the reading is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and we accept no responsibility for outcomes you attribute to acting on it.

AI-generated text can occasionally contain factual errors, contradictions, or odd phrasing. If something in your reading looks plainly wrong, reply to your order email and we will look at it.

4 · Acceptable use

The blueprint you receive is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print it, save it, and share it with friends and family. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or rebrand the blueprint as your own product;
• use the blueprint, or any extract of it, to train another AI model;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically download any part of cosmicscroll.com;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service;
• use the service to harass, defame, or harm any third party (for example, by ordering a reading using someone else's personal data without their consent).

5 · Intellectual property

You own your personal data. Your name, birth data, and answers are yours.

You own the text of the reading we generate for you, for personal use, under the licence above. You may quote, screenshot, or share it freely.

We own everything else. The Cosmic Scroll brand, the website design, the PDF template, the system prompts that produce the reading, the software stack, the founder seal, and all marketing copy belong to Asen Borisov and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those assets to you.

6 · Pricing and payment

The Cosmic Blueprint is priced at $47 USD. Promotional pricing (e.g. founder pricing) applies only during the dates shown on the site. Prices are inclusive of any VAT that applies under EU rules; Stripe handles VAT collection where required and shows it on your receipt.

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We may change prices for future orders at any time, but a price change will never apply retroactively to an order you have already placed.

7 · Account and identity

Cosmic Scroll has no user accounts. Your order is tied to the email address you give at checkout. Please use an email you have continued access to. If you need to update the delivery email after purchase, contact us within 24 hours of the order.

8 · Service availability

We aim to keep the site up and orders flowing 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upstream outages (Stripe, Vercel, OpenRouter), or events outside our control. If your order fails to deliver because of an outage, we will retry it or refund you in full.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you in connection with the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the order in question (typically $47 USD). We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost income, lost data, emotional distress, or decisions made in reliance on the reading.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or consumer rights mandated by EU law).

10 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Asen Borisov harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

11 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service or these Terms will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

If you are an EU consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are habitually resident. You also retain the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12 · Modifications

We may update these Terms as the service grows. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version. If we make a material change that affects existing customers, we will email you before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13 · General terms

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Cosmic Scroll regarding the service and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.
