1 · The default rule

The Cosmic Blueprint is a personalized digital download. Once your reading has been generated and delivered, it cannot be returned or resold. For that reason all sales are final on Cosmic Blueprints once delivered. This is the same standard you will find on Etsy, Gumroad, and most other reputable digital-download marketplaces.

2 · The founder's promise

There is one exception we make, and we mean it. If your blueprint does not arrive, or something is materially wrong with the content, we will make it right.

That means one of three things, your choice:

• We fix it. If a section is broken or doesn't reflect your data, we rewrite it and resend.
• We rewrite the whole thing. If the reading misses the mark, we regenerate it from scratch.
• We refund you in full. If you don't want any of the above, we refund the $47 to your original payment method, no questions.

We monitor every single order. A real human (typically the founder) reads every support email and replies within one business day.

3 · How to request a refund

Two ways, both easy:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email. It comes from blueprint@cosmicscroll.com. Just hit reply and tell us what's wrong.
2. Email info@cosmicscroll.com directly. Include the email address you used at checkout and (if you have it) your order number from the Stripe receipt.

Please give us a sentence or two on what went wrong so we can either fix the reading or process the refund without back-and-forth.

4 · Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to the card or wallet you paid with. Once we send the refund, it typically lands within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We can't refund to a different card or send the amount as cash · it has to go back to the original payment method.

5 · EU consumers · cooling-off period

EU consumer-protection law normally gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), that right is waived for digital content that is delivered outside of a tangible medium when the customer has:

1. given prior express consent to begin performance during the cooling-off period; and
2. acknowledged that, by doing so, they lose the right to withdraw.

When you place an order through Cosmic Scroll, you tick a confirmation at checkout that gives that consent and acknowledgement. Your blueprint is generated and emailed within minutes. From that point on, the 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies.

The founder's promise above still applies regardless · if anything is wrong with your reading or delivery, we will make it right.

6 · Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We have never refused a fair refund request and it is faster for both of us to handle it directly than through a chargeback process that can take 60 to 90 days. Filing a chargeback for an order we would have refunded on request also costs us a non-refundable bank fee that we'd rather put into the product.

If you do file a chargeback, we will respond with the order record, the delivery receipt, and a copy of these terms. We treat fraudulent chargebacks (where the buyer received the reading and then disputes the charge) as a violation of our Terms.
